Earlier this week, Dr Nadeem Iqbal (CNM International Affairs Manager) and his relief team returned from South Asia, where they had spent the past week helping victims of the earthquake disaster.

In just one week the team in Pakistan treated more than 2,000 people, using various homeopathic remedies and therapies.

They also provided tent houses with food to 40 families and plan to provide 80 more tent houses within a week. The team in India treated over 1,000 people, and the team in Kashimir are still working there to help those suffering from the effects of this tragedy.



This catastrophe seems to be even more vast than the Boxing Day Tsunami - more than 50,000 people have lost their lives and hundreds of thousands are without shelter and food.

According to the President of Pakistan, what is needed the most is food, blankets, tents, and medicines.
